# MemoBloom

> MemoBloom is a private, on-device AI photo memory app for iOS and Android. It turns a set of photos into a warm, narrated story using AI that runs entirely on the phone — no cloud upload, no account, no tracking.

MemoBloom is built for people who want to relive their photos as meaningful stories instead of an endless, unsorted camera roll — without giving up their photos to a cloud service. Users pick a group of photos (e.g. a trip, a birthday, a baby's first year); an on-device vision-language model reads each photo, and an on-device text model writes a 2–4 sentence narrative from what it sees plus any note the user adds. The result plays back as an animated slideshow with music and can be exported as a shareable "Memory Film" (MP4 video) or saved as a memory card image.

The single defining fact about MemoBloom: **all AI inference happens on the device itself**. Photos, generated stories, and notes never leave the phone and are never uploaded to any server. The only network calls the app makes are to download the (open-weight, Apache-2.0-licensed) AI models once on first launch, and to validate in-app purchases via RevenueCat. There is no account, no login, and no analytics/tracking SDK of any kind. The only exception is anonymous crash reports, which Apple and Google may share with the developer through their own OS-level diagnostic reporting if a user has that enabled in device settings — this comes from the platform itself, not any code in MemoBloom, and never includes photo or memory content.

Platforms: iOS 16.4+ and Android 8.0+. Free tier: up to 10 memories, full AI narration, semantic search, watermarked Memory Films. Paid tiers (Pro subscription or one-time Lifetime purchase): unlimited memories, unwatermarked Memory Films, full music library, and additional features (On This Day recaps, Time Capsule).
